Board Meeting - 15th January, 2023

Joe, Anna, Adeel, Matthew, Scott, Neo

Kakao open chat - tested for Namsan run, useful.

Seoul International - find out how many entered, trial "club run" with chearing etc.

Will select small race in February to promote.

Scott to freshen up website, details from Joe.

Adeel to prototype FB page (via Insta, email details from Joe). Colombo City Running is a great example, nice banner too. Discussion regarding FB group; a FB page can provide a better funnel for new people. 4k people on the existing group is in issue for some content we'd like to share. There will be a supplemental post on this!

Membership year start 1st March, 1 month grace period. Fee to be discussed, maybe 25k, previously varied between 25 & 50k over the years.

SeoulFlyers_Running_Club insta is redundant - y'all please tag Seoulflyers and we will re-post.

Group runs organisation could be a bit tighter.

Recognised that people want Seoul Flyers vests, buffs, all sorts of merchandise, and there are some easier platforms for this available now.
