Tuesday Track
(2 options)
Run around in circles. Get faster. Workouts will be posted on facebook beforehand.
Time: 7:00 PM
Both sessions occur simultaneously.
Directions, Yonsei Track: Go to Sinchon Station (line 2)and leave through exit 2. Walk straight to Yonsei University Campus, and stop at the main the Main Gate. Turn left; the track will be 400 m away from the Main Gate, near the South Gate.
Directions, Sinbanpo Track: Take Sinbanpo station (line 9) exit 4, follow the sidewalk until the first intersection, take a left, follow the sidewalk down until the first intersection, cross diagonally to the right, follow the ramp down into the sports complex.
Wednesday Namsan Run
Get over hump day by going over some humps. A hilly run up Seoul's iconic Namsan Park with spectacular night views of the city.
Routes: 8K, 12K
Time: 7:00 PM
Meet-up Place: Namsan Library
Directions: Take Seoul Station (lines 1, 4, Gyeongui-Jungang, Airport) exit 10, go up hill to the right, take a right into alleyway across from K-Pop Hotel, go up stairs, take a left, follow the hill up, take a left after reaching 3-way intersection, follow the hill up to Millennium Hilton Seoul, cross the street to the right, and continue to walk up to the meeting point (bus also available).
Thursday Run (currently inactive)
Due to lack of interest, the Thursday run has been discontinued. If you are interested in leading a group run on Thursday evenings, please send a message to seoulflyers@gmail.com. In the past, we have hosted the Thursday run at Namsan Park, World Cup, and various other locations, but we are open to suggestions (as long as they are in the Seoul area).
Saturday Han River Run

Start off the weekend right with a refreshing run along the shores of the Han River.
Routes: 5K, 10K
Time: 8:30 am
Meet-up Place: Ichon Hangang Park (Parking Lot)
Directions: Take Ichon station (line 4) exit 4, walk straight, cross the street, take narrow street directly across from the street you were initially on, go under tunnel, go into parking lot on the right.
Sunday Long Run
Knock out your most grueling workout in good company! Long runs are guaranteed to fly by with the Flyers.
Routes: 90 min
Time: 8:30 AM
Meet-up Place: Ichon Hangang Park (Parking Lot)
